When reading the brief as part of a module it is vital that the student/designer full understands the brief and what they are being asked to do. Generally at this stage, a designer has many ideas flowing through their head and are ready and prepared to execute them, generally there are a few processes which must be completed before the designing/sketching of initial ideas can begin.
