Here are a few very simple, minimalist, monotone vector illustrations of logos for companies which feature animals. They provide a level of inspiration to as it is relatable to the company I am designing for and also gives me some perspective to how type and borders can be used in conjunction with an animal's portrait.
This stylish stallion's head appears to be for a masculine company which looks as if it has something to prove, or a certain type of clientèle whom it is reaching out to.
This simple brush stoke style is something which rally jumps out to me, but I don't feel my illustration skills are adapted well enough to attempt something similar to this.
This logo will target a different market to the previous one in my opinion. The style and cleanness of this piece is something which immediately separates this from the previous logo.
I love the use of border and type on this logo but I feel in a scaled down, small context, it is rather illegible.
These logos have provided a level of inspiration and direction for where I can go with my design and I intend to implement these with my creation.
