I have chosen to research into folding methods and their usefulness to get an insight of why companies use this method and what route I should be going down with my folded leaflet.
This project has been created by a designer called 'Dārta Losāne', it related to set design, I wasn't able to find much information why she chose to use folding methods, although the outcome is really stunning and effective.
The final outcome from her series of designs has a great colourful theme and make excellent use of space and composition in an artistic way.
I have now found this project by London designer - Lisa Dell. Here the designer gives an explanation to why folded designs can be very effective and I completely agree with this statement.
The final series of folded designers are a powerful selection of leaflets. All created by the same designer, in some of these examples it is clear to see the creator has imposed on his designs rather than printing them out.
