Experimenting with stocks:

Rather than the typical white/ivory stock which I use for printing, I had remembered that I had saved this scrap of brown paper from a parcel. I felt that this would be a very appropriate type of stock to use firstly for the aesthetic of the design and secondly due to the companies environmental morals; the fact that the company are about using Faux animal materials rather than the real skins clearly show that they are about conservation, what better way for a designer to represent their own conservation than reusing materials.

I have taken a few macro photographs of the stock to demonstrate the texture on stock and give an example of how the print finish will appear once it had been through the digital printer.
I shall move on to printing my designs on this stock and report the results which will conclude this experiment.
