Clockwork orange further development

Type layout decisions
Experimentation with the type on the rear of the book began, from font choices, placement and opacity of the text in the background.
A type writer font was decided on due to the font paying respect to the history behind the book, also containing more personality than a typical silicon or sans serif font.

Deciding on the opacity of the quote in the background was difficult due to the orange in the book cover needing to feel as pungent as possible and also to continue the recurring 2 colour theme, but when the quote was at 100% opacity the body copy was illegible.

The orange glass was reconsidered after deciding it looked closer to orange juice than milk, so experimentations took place to make the liquid white, showing a closer connection to a glass of milk.

During this stage the previous icons were altered to investigate whether they had context in a different format, making use of varying colours and styles.

Currently this is the strongest design created, with more enhancement to be done on the title of the book, but I feel this particular design is nearing completion.
